This is my favorite feedback ever:

Today was the first time I used this program. After a few days of debting on weither of not to get it, I am glad I did. But, tomorrow, when I wake up sore, I will thank you again

    Did the 3 rounds of 50 squats doing the “face-the-wall” variety…felt good! I like this app because I can come home after 10 hours of work and still pump out a good workout in less than 20 minutes in my living room. Thanks!

    Awesome. I opted for 4 rounds of 30 overhead squats and 20 push press today.
    Same muscle groups, about the same metabolic intensity. Lots of fun.

    Most of the workotus take about 10 minutes. I recommend warming up everyday
    with this warmup, which should take about another 10 minutes:

    3 rounds of:
    Samson Stretch
    10 squats
    10 pushups
    10 situps
    10 back extensions
    10 pullups
    10 lunges

    What's nice about this warmup is it puts all the major muscle groups through
    a good range of motion, develops some flexibility, and gives you a bit of
    workout as well. Add another 2 rounds and it's a good quick workout in
    itself.
