		<description>They are all good. Best practice is to mix it up. Recommended cycle is 3&lt;br&gt;days on, 1 day off, but honestly I just workout every day I have time so I&lt;br&gt;don&#039;t feel bad on the days I miss.</description>

		<description>Yes, tabata intervals are done in sets of 8 intervals, but typically you do&lt;br&gt;4 different exercises, so 32 intervals / 16 minutes total.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Some of the other workouts are things like as many rounds as possible of 3&lt;br&gt;different exercises in 10 min or things like 21-15-9 burpees+situps+pullups,&lt;br&gt;which may take 10-20 minutes.</description>
