How to Do a Proper Broad Jump

I remember doing broad jumps (aka long jumps) in grammar school track and field competitions–always seemed kind of boring back then, but these are kind of a fun exercise to add in sets of 10 or so to your workout routines.

Stand with your feet comfortably apart, swing your arms, and jump as far as you can. Not much is more natural than this.
