How to do Proper Back Extensions (supermans)

Back extensions are a way to exercise your lower back to strengthen core muscles that counter balance your abdominal muscles. They are best done on a machine like the one in the video, but you can do a version just by laying on your stomach and raising your hands and feet off the ground at the same time (often called supermans).
