How to Do Proper Slalom Jumps

These are a classic plyometric exercise that most people who have played competitive sports should be familiar with. Find a line (crack in the sidewalk, painted on the basketball court or grass, or an imaginary one). Start with both feet together on one side of the line, and jump with both feet and land on the other side of the line. Once you get going fast it will look like you’re skiing slaloms, hence the name.
